For me the best kitchen is a Moroccan's kitchen because there is the best dish in the world: A couscous! This dish allows for printing of traveling and mixing of flavors is amazing when well cooked!

My cooking skills only in summer !!

Post by Léa MERLE (L1) on Thu Jan 14, 2016 5:48 pm

I almost never cook, I admit that to live with my parents during my studies helps me a lot on that point ! Razz
Howeverwhen we are in the summer when I want it and when my parents want, I make a cold salad. It is excellent !
This is a salad with corn, ham, peppers of different colors, capers and french dressing. We can also add lettuce leaves.
When I make this salad, it is for 4 people but my brother and I are able to eat between us ! We love it !

For me, the one of my favorite dishes is the paella, a typical dish of Spain and I don't like the peas. After, I don't cook a lot, because I live still at my parents. I just make cakes for the moment ! Laughing
I'm not still gifted as my mother's who is an excellent cook. Manon and Léa are witness !

I love Asian food! It's a healthy food and it's good too. Like I prefer fish, vegetables and fruits it's obvious. But sometime, when the weather is bad it's cold I like a more caloric food with cheese, deli, meat with sauce. Mountain food is good in winter Smile

FRENCH FOOD IS THE BETTER, OF COURSE !!! (and Italian too) Saucisson, magret de canard, fromage, vin… It's so delectable !
I love eat pasta, especially pasta with salmon and pasta carbonara ! I love eat good french cheese with bread and butter, I love ketchup and I love eat him with anything and everything. I love fishes that my grand mother often cook because my grand parents live in Vendée, sole is my favourite fish with salmon. I think I prefer savoury dishes that sweet dishes !
But usually, I cook crumble with peaches and apples, it's one of my favourite dessert.
I think I eat too much and not enough balanced, but I don't care, we practise sport nearly everyday (I try to reassure me).

I'm in love with madeleines

Post by Marc Le Boulicaut on Sat Jan 16, 2016 12:18 pm

I like cooking madeleines because since I was 5 years I do madeleines with my grandmother when I go in Bretagne. It's simple to do and it is especially delicious . Sometimes I put chocolate for more tastes and I share these madeleines with my family.

Vegetarian diet

Post by David Peslherbe on Sat Jan 16, 2016 1:39 pm

Okay, so, today I would like to talk about a important topic for me: MEAT ADDICTION drunken
I am not here to criticize meat eater or to say that it is better to not eat that type of food but just to inform people about this diet. First of all, this diet excludes any animal flesh (meat, fish ), but admits that in general the consumption of animal foods such as eggs, milk and dairy products (cheese , yogurt ) . Vegetarian people are in genaral in better health than eat metter, they are less risks of obesity, some cancers, cardiovascular diseases and cholesterol. So, think of it! Rolling Eyes

" Nothing can be as beneficial to human health and increase chances for survival of life on earth than to opt for a vegetarian diet . " Albert Einstein

French food is so much better than anything else. I really like bread and cheese. I'm a student so I can't really eat good food, I eating pasta, rice, ham but when I have time I cook some salad, tart goat cheese and zucchini. Recently I ate "raclette" with my family. I hate green bean, mustard and pickles. I don't really like English food except for one thing the breakfast is the best there.

Chicken curry

Post by Thibaud Roche on Mon Jan 18, 2016 6:55 pm

One of my favorite meals is the chicken curry mainly when it's my girlfriend or me who cook him. I put red onions, bacon (lardon), minced chicken, fresh cream, curry and a little tomato. All this accompanied with rice or pasta and it is delicious !!!!!!

And to finish, FRENCH FOOD IS THE BEST OF THE WORLD (saucisson, pâté, pain, fromage, vin, etc...)

My food every days

Post by Margot Nourrisson on Mon Jan 18, 2016 9:59 pm

What I am eating every days is quiet always the same in fact. In the morning I eat some rice crackers, with a Greek yogourt and oatmeal. For my lunch, I take a little bit of starchy (not sure for this word...), 100g of meat (or fish) and a lot of vegetables. And for the diner, only vegetables and meat. It's very precise !
But saturday id the day when I can eat whatever I want. And it's a massacre !

New-Caledonia's cooking

Post by Lefranc Maxime on Tue Jan 19, 2016 2:39 pm

The Bougna is a meal that I've taste in New-Calédonia. Made up of meat or fish with coconut milk, yam, taro and sweet potatoes, this stew is traditionally braised in banana leaf buried in a hot-stones onen.
