Today, i'm talk about Running to change of Rugby. It's a good activity for old people like young. To keep a good form all year, and practice a little activity. But there are approximately 90% of people who practice an sporting activity for health.

Don't you find running boring? I should start running as I don't do any sport now and I need to control my weight but I find it too boring, running in a sport is great but just to lose weight is not.

My passion is and has always been football. This is my favorite sport and I practice for 12 years. It's a beautiful sport, there is entertainment, suspense and it may be surprises in every game! No team is sure to win before the match is played. For some, football is a religion and that's why this sport is so beautiful.

What sport I REALLY like ?
I like swimming, it is even the sport that I practice but ... I also love rugby. This is not a "women's" sport if I coul say but don't care. If I had not swimming I would have swimming rugby. It is a sport that I love and through which one can let off steam. This is exactly what I need because I have a lot of energy to spend.

It has been five years that I pratice volley-ball, and I love it.I have training on tuesday and friday but now that I in this university I just train on friday. I also did handball in middle school. When I will get older I would like to be PE teacher it's why I will pick EM. I also like boardsport on winter I love sking and snowboarding and on summer I enjoy surfing.

I don't like a sport more than an other, I'm rather versatile. However, I practiced the dance when I was more young during several years, and figure skating during 2 years. But I had to stop skating because of my studies. That's why I started running with my father, even if I prefer the sprint to the endurance.

My favourite sport is football. I was playing football when i was young but at 12 years old i stopped it because i wanted to test handball, i still practice handball today but football is really my passion i loved watch premier league each week-end with my friends

My favorite sport is football. I practice this sport since I was 6 years and now is a passion for me. Howerver I also like to do other sports such as road cycling, mountain biking or jogging with friends or family.

Fitness topic
Personally , I practice fitness in recent years. I practice this sport because it helps to be in good physical and mental health. Moreover, it helps me let off steam every day and get to know me . I recommend this sport to people who need to evacuate the stress.

To day, i want to speak about a wonderfull basket-ball player, Jeff Remminigton. In a vidéo, we can see jeff starting from the free throw line and maching a DUNK !! He measures only one meter seventy eight !! *-* This is MONSTROUS !!

football
I play football since I was 4 years old. I love this sport because we can feel a lot of emotions. My favorite team is Lyon because they are best during 2000's. I watch football in TV every weeks.

I like many sports like beach volley, swimming, biking..but i love body building and fitness. I practise body building since 4 years and every day or when i have the time.

break broke broken (lol)
I have been practissing break dance for 8 years. I don't wanna say that it is the best sport of the world but it's my passion. I find that it's very cool to create in this sport and to be free to perform in the way that you want and to compare your mooves with other bboy's mooves. I am not going to explain break dance because I already talk about it in class... But if you want to see how breakdance can be incredable you can watch many video like this one.

Body building
You know it, I love body building. I think that this sport is art, really ! Because you are the sculptor of your body. You want a 6 pack on your belly ? Then do crunches. You want a big biceps ? Then take an alter and lift. For me, it's also a fight against our own body : sometimes it's really hard to lift an other two times this squat bar. But when you do it, you are so happy !
Some people are complaining about their appearence but they don't do anything for looking better. I want to say : just MOVE ! You can do it, everybody can do something ! Eating is the only thing that make you fat ! Even sleeping can be used to lose weight.
And remember one thing : Nobody IS fat, but everybody's GOT fat.

So, my favorite sport is, i think, bodybuilding.
To resume really really roughly, It mean that i lke lift weights, with bars and dumbbells, to increase my strenght, and to make grow my muscles.
My goal is to be, bigger and stronger.... without forget the fact that i stay very watchfull about, my "harmony"
(it mean a good balance between all the muscles: it's a question of size; yeah, size matters lol
In fact It's a question of aesthetism and health, nobody want to get chiken legs and big chest, it's just ridiculous and dangerous for your knees.
A good model; my model (the best in fact) is Frank Zane (natty up to 1972, then for olympia contest, maybe that some roids has benn used...maybe ! i'm not really sure.)
Otherwise, i really like serge nubret too, the nicest physique of all time. In my opinion, HE was the winner in 1975, he has be stolen.
But well it was in south africa during the apartheid, and more important, there was Arnold...
He was nice but less than Serge, or even Colombu.
Everybody know that It was a story of money, weider the mentor of arnold has created the olympia contest, he was also a seller of protein complements that arnold used... In add it was during the shooting of "pumping iron" that evrybody knows...
Today, Olympia competiters are just, TOO HUGE. I have no others words (take a look at phil heath or kai green, just omg)
So, I practice since i'm a teenager (17yo) and can't really count the first year as, a true year of practice for some reasons.
I like it because, firstly, i feel free.
I choose my programs, i do it by myself, according to my own goals, i choose when train, monday in the evening, or sunday in the morning, there nobody who tell me "the training is tuesday at 6pm and you do that"
I can't stand it anymore, i hate that, that's one of the reasons that has lead me to stop to practice other sports in club as goju-ryu.
Otherwise, why i really enjoy that sport, it's because it's more than a sport, it's a lifestyle, an art.
To get results, you need an hard work, huge dedication, and "inteligence"
It mean that you must know your body, how use it, what is good or bad.
For example, you have to Get a good receptivity and sensibility to the psysical effects that the training give you. Not push just for push, it hase no sense (or your a powerlifter)
Push to feel, push to create conections between your brain and your muscles.
Feell each fibers work, and choose which use / contract to perform the movement, it's a work of sculpture, and that, it's really really hard, it ask a looooot of concentration and time, researchs, tries, energy; you need to live it to feel it, literaly.
It's a science, it's not just get a weights and lift it, no, there a way to do it, and after that, you have to know how recup, how eat, how sleep, there always someting to learn or discover, because we speak about the human body and spirit. It's really complex and rich.
Well, i think i should stop there, otherwise i wil never stop.

I'd the chance to discover and practice many sports that's why I'm incapable to define my favorite sport: all of them interest me. But the sport that I practice must of time is running.

The best sport in the world !
Go all to bed, the most beautiful sport in the world is baseball! Why ? because you can eat while playing of course !! more seriously, baseball has it all, beautiful guys, the perfect fashion style. People wear hats MLB without realizing it, especially the New York Yankees, it is known worldwide, but less than half actually know where the "NY" caps come. In what world is life ....

I have both a Royan ballbusters cap and a Saintes Riders cap. Beat that!

I practiced dances: contemporary dance, modern'jazz and ballet. But this year, with all this hours of sport, it's difficult to keep 4 lessons of dance by week. So, I practiced only 2 lessons of modern'jazz. This year with university sport I practice 2 lessons of rugby by week with other staps girls and law students, it's so good ! (I'm sorry for my delay...)
