Saintes triathlon team !!

Saintes triathlon is a good triathlon team, this team is in D2 in duathlon and in D3 in triathlon. Proffesionnal triathlete are in D1. The saison has not begun but there is many training to prepare the Duathlon season which is always before the triathlon season because there is no swimming in Duathlon. So the Duathlon competition begin in februar or in march. So this week, the triathletes trained on wednesday and on friday. They ride on her bike on wednesday, and on friday they run in the stadium. Obviously there trained more but this two days, they trained whith the coach: Antoine Mechain an old staps student maybe you know him.

What's your favorite part in Triathlon? Running, swimming or bike riding?
Have you got some competitions during this month?

I'm also good in all the part in triathlon, but i prefer to run.
During this month, there is no triathlon competition because the water is cold but there is some run races like les foulés d'angouleme.
