Saintes triathlon week 4 !!

This week there were the run and bike in Dampierre sur mer and a trail in Ronce les bain. But this week i was lazy so i stay at home, but my parents who are in saintes triathlon to run in Ronce they run 18 km. If you don't know what is a Bike and run, i while explain to you. So a bike and run is a competition whith a runner and a cyclist, the goal is to run as fast as possible. When the runner tired is he take the bike and the cyclist run. So the cyclist and the runner have to stay together along the competition. At the finish line, the two part have to finish together otherwise they are disqualified.

Yes I should but I made it last year with my father and the parcour was to dificult for my whith places where the water reached the knees. So I was iced. So this year I choose not to do this bike and run. But I will run many other Bike and run who are less complicated and where I am going to enjoy running.
