The Triathlon
At the moment it's very difficult speak about triathlon because in france it's training during eight months. The training during this period it's really important because there are more periode as foncier*, the foncier with more rythm in the training for training avant (before) competition or before saison. In the triathlon must work with three sports : swimming, cycling and running. For the running, it takes at least two workouts per week but also a long jog. with these workouts do little trails to keep pace with the competition. For the cycling, it takes a long ride with a little split but also a technical session. And, for the swimming, it takes four training at week with technical, of resistance but also of lactic.
