Today, I'm going to present you my sport.

My sport in bases on a training program " freeletics " and on a lifestyle. This program takes place over a week. You have to do between two and three sessions of training every week and you have to rest at least one day between the sessions.

What about the traning ?


The training is simple, you have an application on every mobile store and you have to follow what the coach say. The application name is Freeletics and it's free ! totaly free !

About the lifestyle ?

You dont have to eat espacialy food, after your training you have one or two days when you can eat everything you want !

Next week, I will give you some things about the training and the lifestyle, for example, my sessions.

This week,
I'm exactly going to speak to you more about the training and the lifestyle.
For the training, you haveg tofollow a specific program at the beginning. It's going to be very hard and the mental is going to play a lot. Mad
If I have to show you an example of program:
15 pumps, 10 repetitions on every arm with barbells adapted to you, 10 drives with a helm fixed to the wall, 25 pumps, 35 abdominal muscles and 45 seconds of gainage.

It will be necessary to be persevering and to hang on you because it's very complicated. But as long as you make every effort you can't be disappointed. afro

About the lifestyle :
As regards the lifestyle, I repeat you that there is no diet to be followed. If you want to indulge yourselves and to go to a fastfood in the week you can, it will change absolutely nothing. Well on, you should't eat as twelve, but if you eat as usual or a little more than usually it doesn't matter ! Very Happy

drives are "pullups" and gainage is when your body is right, when it doesn't move anymore. You are in the ground and you are held on elbows.

I'm impressed that you do that, I can do the eat anything bit ok.

No no no ! Smile It's not just 1 pump and 1 drive ! :p
30 minutes ago I did 24 pumps 12 repetitions on every arm 12 drives 25 pumps 35 abdominal muscles and 1 minute of gainage for one series !
And I did 4 series in all, thus 30 minutes in everything! It's not so simple ! Wink

Work hard and you will have results !
And remember, " no pain, no gain ! " affraid

This week, I am going to speak about the food. As I told you, you don't have to follow a specific diet. If you eat as usual, you will not take weight, you can even lose it!
You can allow yourselves even a fast food in the week, it doesn't matter!
The important thing is to please you in return of the physical part which is difficult.

This week I'm going to give you trick as regards the physical exercises. Mental cheek in 90 %!
You say to yourselves that it's too hard? That you'll never do it?

You know, these exercises are going to change your life. More you go to have a practice seriously, more to go to you to hang on and more you will have good results!
You will be satisfied with your work and you will feel better!
Then when that you do exercises, think to your satisfaction, to the result when you will have finishes. It's necessary to try not to drop from the first difficulty and to plan ahead. If you are persevering and serious you will have the results waited and even maybe even better!

Monday, I did my physical traning during 30 minutes, Tuesday I ran during one hour, Wednesday I did my physical traning during 30 minutes, Thursday I ran during one hour, and Friday I did my physical training during 30 minutes. Weekend, I rested because the week was very hard !

I did some exercices because I Did training since 9 mouth ! So I'm used ! Very Happy

Remember ! Impossible is nothing ! Cool

This week, I modified my program of training. To modify a training after a while is essential to continue to progress.

I chose to work more abdominal muscles rather than pumps and I had to increase the weight on barbells, I passed of 10kg in 12kg.

At the beginning, it is going to be difficult, because the training will be harder, but the purpose is to adapt yourself to progress. If you manage to do it there will be then no problem!
