The Alternative third topic

Well if I would have had to choose between having a dog or a cat as being a child, I would definitely have a dog right now. But I have a cat at home, I do. Cats are pretty, very mysterious, and too much queens. I mean okay some of them are probably willing to give cuddles or to be huggy but mine isn't of that type. Mine is the one that eats, sleeps, eats again, tries to end the destruction of my armchair, and then goes to sleep again.
But dogs ! Aren't dogs "human's best friend" ? I mean I've got many friends that have dogs, and every single time I make it to their house, the dogs keep trying to hug and cuddle me ! They were made for huggy people. But of course, as the same as the cats, I suppose some dogs aren't so friendly and never try to hug you, but perhaps to eat you up, I don't know that for sure but it could be. Anyway, I like dogs and cats, but dogs seem to be my choice.

Hello, like Naima if I had to choose between a dog or a cat, it would be a dog. I'm scared of cats, they are weird, I find that some look like demons.

I love dogs especially small, it's a presence, you feel less alone. In my house, I have a dog called fatal beauty (the name given by the RSPCA, WTF) She is a bit stupid but at least she's nice.

For me, cats are better because they are more independent as dogs. It's a good point because if you want to be quiet, with a cat you can. If you want to pet something you can. For me, it's better to live with cats and there is some studies who show it's better to live with a cat like a dog. In french it's named the "ronronthérapie". I just go to fallow the studies and cats are better !

Human's best friend ... Dogs !

I had two and I preferred my dog. The reason is simple for me my dog ​​was always there to claim cuddle , to play with compared to my cat that I saw only when he was hungry. After it is true that some people may prefer cats because they are more independent as Florian said.

Seriously ,  dogs are affectionate, loyal, protects you, and more and more <3 !

Cats are too independent, too solitary and doesn't care of you except for eat and pooh !

I’m not agree with you Jamel : Dog is stupid, he keep all time next to the handler, and he made what you ask to do without thinking about. The cat is not idiot, ok he lives his life, but it’s because he is more intelligent! The cat understood that’s not necessary to made like a dog for get water or eat.

I agree with Manon, a dog looks like a stupid creature ! It's a follower like Justin Bieber stupid follower ! On the opposite, a cat is independent, it's a leader ! It's definitively better than dog !

Whenever you are ill, tired, cold, heart broken (because of John of course), stress by an exam (financial policy ?) They'll come on you and male you feel so much better !
I've lived with a cat for 12 years my cat is awesome ! Always bringing me dead mouse and bird's head in front of my house but it's their way to show you that they love you ! And you know what, when i lost my memory, i din't lost the memories i had with this cat, that's a sign ! They are better than human (for a few things) !

(And just to let you know, i'm opsting all these things tonight because my previous messages were deleted !!! )

And you can drug your cat with an olive, they'll love it !

My cat tried to wake me up at 5:30 this morning for food - it has biscuits but obviously wanted meat. I ignored him so he went to the room next to our bedroom and started pushing things onto the floor (cosmetics, creams, scissors) until I got up to feed him.

I agree that they can be a little irritating when they wake us up at night to eat or enter into the house. But this is quickly forgotten when they are cuddling and offers a mouse as a gift in front the door haha

One of my cats a few years ago left me a snake as a gift.

Ha ha i meant "make you feel better", it's not my fault if you have your mind on the wrong place ! And no yara didn't teach me anything, i sudendly felt the need to share my love of cats on this forum. because i have already did it and my posts were gone ! I know you must be like "Salvatore is giving me the excuse of the cat the eat the exam just the day before you are suppose to give it", first of all, it happened to me, for real ! And i'm not going this way, i'm telling you the truth,. The same truth that when i say that cats are the best (if you are nice with them and accept to have a few scars)
And your cat will give you cuddles if you give him on olive, believe me John !

Ahah Dogs are the best obviously. I have one dog named Mika. It's the boxer. He is so funny like when He pretends to watch the house but in fact He just chill in the garden. Dogs are better because they more care about your life that theirs. Cats just care about cats. Moreover, I'm allergic to cat so...
