Hello everybody I love you

Today i talking about my session of musculation, after a lot of month sin musculation, yesterday was for me my recovery.
I don't recover just for fitness but it's for my job " life guard" in summer. I work mainly body weight, for example pushup, sit up, work with elastique.
The benefit with the workout is that we win speed, and yon can do sport every where, contrary to the sport in muscualtion room.
But the disaventage it's you don't win muscle and strong.

Yesterday, i have:
- 66 push up
- 66 sit up
- 2 minute of sheathing weight
- 30 minute with elastic (for the biceps, triceps)

Today, i running with the STAPS, 3,5 km to recover legs. It's good for heart ! cheers
